From Odessa, Texas: East on Highway 191 - Take exit marked West, Texas 158. Turn right at the stop sign onto Deauville Blvd. This leads directly to Texas Surgical Center, on right.
If you pass the Deauville Blvd exit, continue East on Highway 191 service road until you reach exit, East Texas 158 and Loop 250. At the stop light, turn right onto Loop 250 service road. Stay right; do not merge onto South Loop 250. Turn right at Deauville Blvd., Texas Surgical Center is on the left.
From Business 20: Driving East on Business 20, make a left onto Junction North Loop 250 at the red light.
Driving West Business 20, make a right turn on North Loop 250.
Both East and West merge onto Loop 250.
Exit on Texas 158 - Texas 191 (2.2 miles) Make a U-turn at the interchange onto South Loop 250 service road. Do not merge onto South Loop 250. Go to Deauville Blvd. and turn right, Texas Surgical Center is on the left.
East or West from Interstate 20: Take exit 131. Merge onto North Loop 250. Exit on Texas 158 - Texas 191 (3.0 miles) Make a U-turn at the interchange onto South Loop 250 service road. Do not merge onto South Loop 250. Go to Deauville Blvd. and turn right. Texas Surgical Center is on the left.
Coming in on South Texas 349: Head West to Loop 250. Merge onto Loop 250 (5.8 miles), Take exit Texas 158 - Texas 191. Stay on service road, go through two lights. Stay on service road. Do not merge onto South Loop 250. Turn right at Deauville Blvd. Texas Surgical Center is on the left. These directions are when driving from Lamesa on Texas 349.
